ATTENTION PET OWNERS There has been numerous complaints made to the Town Office of pets running at large, dogs barking excessively, and pets defecating outside the pet owner's property. If you are a pet owner, please consider all those who live in our community. It is your responsibility as a pet owner to keep your animal (s) within your property, THAT YOUR PET REMAINS ON LEASH WHEN NOT WITHIN YOUR PROPERTY, and to ensure that any animal six months or older is registered with the Town. Having a Pet License helps animals running at large find their owners. Please visit the Town Office during office hours to obtain a pet license.

It is with a heavy heart, that I must inform you all, that our Christmas Market has been cancelled. After a lengthy discussion between our Market and our sponso...r, Rycroft Ag Society, it has been decided that due to COVID-19, it is in our Community Members’ best interests to close the building. All of our local vendors are welcome to post their wares for sale or share their business websites and Facebook Pages on our Page to help spread the word. Please share photos! Vendors will be contacted regarding refunds. Everyone will be reimbursed. Our AGM will be postponed as well until 2021. I appreciate your understanding in this very important decision and hope that everyone stays healthy and helps support local.

With the snow here, please be mindful when Public Works is out in heavy equipment. If you see them working on the streets, please take an alternate route or give them room and time to ensure that they notice you.
