Hello everyone. Just a quick update regarding our operating procedures during the COVID 19 pandemic. We are presently open regular hours from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and 8am - noon on Saturdays. We are allowing customers into the store 2 at a time and requiring them to maintain a distance of 6ft apart. Customers and visitors are also required to wear a face covering as stated in the County of Brant's "Face Covering By-Law". ... We are no longer offering curb-side service unless customers are physically unable to enter the store. In which case, customers need to phone in or email their order to us. Customers and visitors are still not allowed into our repair shop to speak to the mechanics. We are still taking extra precautions to clean and sanitize the inside of the store and all equipment that enters or leaves our shop. This may result in additional charges on repair invoices. We have all been doing our part to help the spread of this deadly virus, and we know you have too, so we appreciate your efforts. Contact us if you have any questions.

Even though our country is facing the spread of COVID 19, we at Town & Country want to help you get the most out of your RV in case you need to use it as a isolation unit or a seconary residence should you feel it necessary to travel. ... Please note that any RV that has recently been to certain parts of the United States will need to rest untouched for a period of 3 weeks prior in order to be worked upon. This is solely for the safety and well being of our staff and customers.
