COVID UPDATE As you may be aware, The Government issued new restrictions on number of people that are able to attend a function at Public Places. The number is ...25 people. This means no more than 25 are allowed in the building at one time. Each Hockey Team has a Safety Rep that is responsible to maintain the 25 number. However, it is a bit different for Public Skating & Pickup Hockey. It is the responsibility of the Rink Staff to maintain this number. An example would be, if there is 2 Arena Staff working then only 23 skaters would be able to be in the building, no spectators. As long as the 25 number is maintained we will be ok. So, unfortunately, we have to base admittance on a first come first serve basis. Please do not forget to sign in when you enter the Arena. Sign in sheet is located on the table as you enter the building. Thank you for your time and attention. Hopefully we will be able to be back to normal real soon. Take Care & Be Safe

Attention Middleton Curlers! The Board of directors met last week and it was decided that Middleton Curling Club will go ahead with curling for the upcoming se...ason! Yay! We were very pleased with the response to our survey- THANK YOU! We will be having our annual AGM this coming Wednesday October 7th at 7:00pm at the curling club in the curling shed. Doors will open at 6:15 and the bar will be open with limited options. The AGM will provide answers about the upcoming curling season and will give you an opportunity to ask questions! Masks will need to be worn in the curling club. Hand sanitizer will be provided as you arrive. The chairs have all been arranged for social distancing. Please come out if you can! However we will be having our registration early this year to ensure that we have enough members for the season to be successful. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you register on one of the registration days so that we have a more concrete idea of how many curlers we will have. If you cannot make it to a registration day then please let the coordinator of the league you are planning to play in know. If we do not get enough registrations it may affect whether we open or not. Registration times: You can register at the AGM this coming Wednesday. Saturday October 17th from 12:30-5:00 at the curling club Monday October 19th from 4-7pm at the curling club for Little Rocks/Juniors (adult can also register during this time as well). Leagues that we have: Monday night open league Tuesday night Western league Thursday night mixed league Monday/Wednesday afternoon curling Sunday night Western league Dawn is still working on the Little Rock and Junior programs- more information to come soon. Happy that the weather cooperated for the Yard Sale on Saturday. Thanks to all who worked at it and to those who attended and complied with distancing and mask protocols. We were able to raise roughly $1800.00 for the Fire Department and new Community/Fire Hall.
