Help #stopthespread while protecting yourself and others by: staying home if... you are sick, even if your symptoms are mild; practicing physical distancing stay home as much as possible and limit outings, and stay at least two metres away from anyone you do not live with or is outside of your household; wearing a non-medical mask or face covering in all public indoor spaces; including businesses, facilities and workplaces and when physical distancing is not possible; sneezing and coughing into your sleeve; avoiding touching your eyes, nose or mouth; washing your hands often with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer; downloading the COVID Alert app to be anonymously notified if exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days; and getting tested at a local assessment centre only if you meet the Provincial testing criteria.
