GARBAGE COLLECTION Please note that garbage collection will be Wednesday December 23rd and 30th. For the month of January, garbage will be picked up on Fridays. We will be having a new contractor start on February 1 so we will will advise on the dates going forward as soon as we hear. Thank-you and happy holidays!

Please remember when making food bank donations, to check the expiry. The food bank will not accept expired food! We had to throw out 1/4 of our donations so far due to expiry dates from as far back as 2016. Thank-you so much for the donations so far, we are up to 9 turkeys, several gift cards and a fair bit of food. Donations will continue to be collected at the Town Hall until Monday.

There will be a special meeting of council held on Monday January 4th at 6:30 at the chalet. This meeting is being held to adopt the financial statements and set the schedule for council meeting in 2021. If you would like to attend, please contact the office so that we may ensure social distancing. Thank-you!

The Town of Bauline generously donated 126 cases of frozen french fries to the Lions Club. If any resident would like a bag of fries, please stop by the Cove Bank (next to the Pouch Cove Town Hall) tomorrow morning between 11 and noon.

The trucks are out on the road and working hard. All roads should be completed by 11.

As the final week approaches, council and staff would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Christmas season! Here's to a better 2021. Our holiday hours for the office will be as follows: December 21: CLOSED December 22 & 23: 10-4pm December 24: 10-12 December 25 & 28: CLOSED... December 29 & 30: 10-4pm December 31: 10-12 Beginning January 4th we will return to regular business hours of Tuesday to Friday 10-4. Holiday garbage collection will be held on December 23 & 30.

Donations are being accepted at the town hall, but there are so many other ways to donate!
