Traffic note: Tecumseh Road, east of Southfield will have lane reductions in the EB direction on Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 for utility investigations. Expect delays. Please follow all flaggers in place.

Good morning Tecumseh! The decorating elves were busy this weekend as we woke up to almost 100 new registrations in the Holiday Lights event. The map will go live Monday, November 30. Tecumseh was successful in our application to the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affair's Rural Economic Development program and will receive $25,000 or 50% of the cost to implement online permitting processes. https://www.tecumseh.ca//tecumseh-implementing-measures-to

Construction update: County Road 11 and South Talbot Road is moving along quickly. Base asphalt is being installed and the roundabout is tentatively scheduled to open December 18 weather permitting. We appreciate your patience as the County of Essex works to complete this project.
