TOMORROW IS ORANGE SHIRT DAY // September 30th is #orangeshirtday, a day to acknowledge the residential school experience and to commit to the ongoing process of reconciliation. This reconciliation carving (which stands close to the brewery) was created by local artist Ivan Rosypskye. On the plaque Ivan reflects that, "Residential schools attempted to destr...oy our culture but they did not succeed. We continue to heal and to move forward." . We also like to take this opportunity to highlight the fact that Tla'amin hasn't had a new case of Covid since Sept 25! We want to thank them for demonstrating a transparent and forthright example of how an breakout of this disease can and should be handled. We will remain open with a mandatory mask policy in effect until further notice.... POWELL RIVER - delivers will be every Wednesday and Friday. Orders need to be in by 3pm on the day of delivery to make the cut for that day. Deliveries will occur between 4-6pm. LOWER COAST - Thursdays will be your delivery day. Please have your orders in by 3pm on Wednesday to make the cut for that same week's delivery. Let's all do our part to nip this in bud, and take care of each other in everyway we can. First up is a Cedric's Peanut Butter & Jelly Porter and the second is a Cherry Wheat Ale - Savary Beaches with blackberries & sour cherries! Both are deeeelish but both are also extremely limited with only 1 20 litre of each in existence so swing on down and try them out while they last!...
