Transgender Day of Remembrance is a day to honour & remember all transgender people lost to violence & transphobia. It is an opportunity for communities to stand united against violence, hatred & discrimination perpetrated on trans & gender diverse people. #TransDayOfRemembrance
Our thoughts are with the family, friends & colleagues of Const. Marc Hovingh, a 28-year veteran with the OPP shot & killed in the line of duty. Sadly this is a reminder of the tremendous sacrifice our members & all first responders make serving their communities.
