Here’s a challenge for you calisthenics people: 50 pull-ups and 100 push-ups as fast as possible. This attempt took me 6 minutes. Although I have completed this challenge in under 5 minutes in the past, this time I was focusing on executing strict form on all reps.. oh and it was -16 degrees . Another variation of this challenge is to perform all 50 pull-ups and then move onto the 100 push-ups (which is much more difficult and takes more time to complete). Enjoy
