Regular Plain Jane Push-ups. Train your mind muscle connection everybody! Once you get to know your body, you’ll be able to get insane contractions without having to rely on weights/ cables. Oh, and focus on form! It’s better to do 1 rep properly than 10 reps with poor technique.

Another lockdown means a whole lot more content is finally coming! Tip of the day: dominate the movement. Break down your exercises into separate steps and work towards making each one as controlled as possible. Remember, momentum is easy, so try not to use it!

Here’s a challenge for you calisthenics people: 50 pull-ups and 100 push-ups as fast as possible. This attempt took me 6 minutes. Although I have completed this challenge in under 5 minutes in the past, this time I was focusing on executing strict form on all reps.. oh and it was -16 degrees . Another variation of this challenge is to perform all 50 pull-ups and then move onto the 100 push-ups (which is much more difficult and takes more time to complete). Enjoy
