MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE LAID On the morning of June 7th, members of the Toronto Police Service responded to a call in the area of Black Creek and Eglinton Avenue after an individual was struck by a vehicle. The victim of that collision was pronounced deceased at the scene and the driver of the vehicle fled from the area. ... As a result of the investigation conducted, the driver of the vehicle has been identified as 31 year old Anthony Kiss of Wasaga Beach. He now stands charged with Manslaughter, Impaired Driving Causing Death and Failing to Remain. JEWELLERY STORE ROBBERY - One Suspect At Large On February 3rd, 2017, three armed men kidnapped jewellery store employees anjd violently assaulted them in the Queen and Dufferin area. As a result of this investigation, 33 year old Luther Munroe was arrested by members of the Hold Up Squad. ... A second suspect was identified. 23 year old Terry McKnight is now wanted for these offences. The third suspect is still unidentified and at large. Two men now face charges after a Parking Enforcement officer was assaulted and threatened. It is alleged that Tiago Arezes-Reis, 19 and Lucas Arezes-Reis, 22, spat on the officer and threatened him.
