#bringingvacationsback #followmewithacv Day 2 First thing I noticed this morning was no coffee maker ugh. Will ask if this is a Covid issue. They do have a Buffett breakfast in the morning but they serve you. They will not allow you to touch anything you just tell them what you want. Swim up bar is closed at the pool but the bar is open there. FYI there has been absolutely no Covid cases in the resort areas of Jamaica. Jamaica has an 8pm curfew and you are only allowed excursions offered from the resort.

#bringingvacationsback #followmewithacv I’m not sure where to even start. It was so strange to walk into Halifax airport and hardly anyone there. No one to weigh your baggage it’s all done through self check in. Place your bags on the baggage carousel and off you go. Upon entering customs you are screened through a camera that checks your temp then off you go. Strange to see barely any people and the plane was only about 20% full to Toronto. Arriving in Toronto and heading to... your gate they have many hand sanitizing stations set up and they again check your temp before heading to your gate. They also ask to see your travel authorization form before you can access your gate. Plane is only about 30% full . Arriving in Jamaica was soooo strange hardly anyone here. Again we are taken off the airline and temp checked wrote on paper and off we go to another screening. I’m super impressed and how well it’s being implemented!!! Upon arriving at the resort even the driver is screened before entering the gates and you are again doing a body temp outside of the resort before entering Enough rant for today I’ll post pics in order of arrival.. please ask questions This is very sad to see how Covid is affecting this beautiful country See more

The past 4+ months has been a very different time for all of us. I have my thoughts and wear my mask LOL ...I would love to know yours!
