TrackEnsure

TrackEnsure can now be used to track appointments besides GPS location, projects and meetings and the rest of it. To set up appointment tracking with TrackEnsure create a new TrackEnsure account, once registered select 'Appointment Management' as the purpose of the registration. You will be allowed to set up multiple users on the account and each user will be able to set up his or her own availability schedule. Once availability schedule is set up, you will be able to creat...e appointments. Appointments can be single visit or repeated. It is easy to set up appointments, all you need is to open the main dashboard where you will see the current week and there you can simply click on any available time slot to start the process. The client of the appointment needs to have StepOrTwo app installed on his or her smart phone. In this app the client will be able to receive and then confirm or decline appointment requests. The client will be reminded of the appointment sessions, will be able to cancel sessions with explanation, will be notified about cancellations and schedule and location changes. TrackEnsure will attempt to automatically reschedule another client into the empty slot should the client cancel a session. This is done to reduce loss of revenue from a missed appointment and this will improve client relations as there will be less of a chance for a missed appointment charge.

TrackEnsure can also track your time spent on different projects. There is a easy to use project management tool in the TrackEnsure web console and devices (phones) can be assigned to projects. Then the user of the device can track his or her time spent on the projects assigned to them simply by choosing the appropriate project from the list. See the video for more details.
