Shoutout to the Spouses, Children, Family & Friends of a loved one in the Tow Biz! TRUE STORIES: He just sat down for Christmas dinner.. ~Phone rings~... She is at her sons hockey game and it just went into overtime.. ~Phone rings~ He is enjoying a movie night with his family.. ~Phone rings~ He is with his wife at their friends house - hanging out by the pool & having a BBQ ~Phone rings~ She is playing a game of crib with her Grandma at the nursing home.. ~Phone rings~ He is having a nice dinner out with his girlfriend.. ~Phone rings~ DISPATCHER: There’s an accident blocking the highway, police just called and we need you.. now. There’s a baby locked in a car, we need you.. now. There’s a car in the ditch and the customer is scared, we need you.. now. We’ve got a big one. We need 2 traffic trucks, the rotator, 50 ton, Landoll & clean up crew. We need you.. now. There’s a gentleman whose car won’t start & needs a boost as he has to get to his wife to her chemo appointment. We need you.. now. ON MY WAY This is a tow families life. The tow biz is a 24/7, 365 day/year business. There is no 9-5 with weekends/holidays off. You never know when that call is going to come in. You can’t plan ahead for the day. A person in the tow biz is like no other. They love the tow game. They love helping people. It is their passion. It takes a special person to do the job but it also takes a very special person to be married to one. As a spouse, family member or friend; you plan for them to be there, but expect them to be called away. You understand. You encourage them. Your heart sinks when that phone rings. You smile, even if you want to cry. You know they are helping others and you are proud. You worry for their safety on the side of the highway. You breathe a sigh of relief when they walk in the door. Thank you for supporting your loved ones passion. They are blessed to have you in their life! #Teamwork #Thankyou #Proud
