102 YEARS AGO TODAY: Parade of the 7th Canadian Infantry Brigade (Royal Canadian Regiment, Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, 42nd and 49th Battalions...) as King George V holds an investiture in Valenciennes, 5 December 1918. Trail of the Caribou 05.10.2020

Jonathan Feltham was just 17 when he died of an illness on 26 March 1940. He is buried in Carrbridge Cemetery. He had only arrived, with his Uncle William Harry... Feltham, in Glasgow in early February that year. He was to work beside his uncle as a Cookhouse Helper at No 2 Camp, Carrbridge. I have not been able to find the ship he travelled on but have found a fitting tribute to the men of the NOFU. See more
