Hey everyone. We are still having ongoing issues with the hosting and main site . For the time being we have decided to post news, updates and mini articles via Facebook.

If you race trails, do you have any race day superstitions? Or running superstitions in general?

Finally! We are ready to begin posting articles again and hopefully a promotion soon. We have a review of xactnutrition coming soon, as well as Arc'teryx's new trail shoes, and some other great stuff. Thanks for your patience. To alleviate the technical challenges we've been facing with the website in its current hosting, we are going to be posting articles on Medium - note that their access restrictions have changed recently. ... The website will remain in place but for now, we are not cross-posting to it. Please let us know if you have any suggestions, comments or feedback.
