This is my plea to my neighborhood - Vancouver, Downtown. I am new to Canada. I am Russian. You all know how fanatical Russians are to follow the rules. We LOVE our rules, and we love making others follow our rules., especially when those others are not Russians.... Joking aside, even in my country, we understand the importance of the fight against COVID-19. This fight cannot be won if everyone keeps fooling around, thinking that somehow the situation will clear up on its own. NO, I WILL NOT! The situation requires EVERYONE to work together toward one goal. I know, sounds like something a communist would say. Oh well, if it takes a communist to get the virus to go away, then let’s become ones temporarily though. Please, everyone, follow the common-sense rules - wear masks (even if there is no scientific evidence that it works, isn’t it just logical?), wash hands, keep physical distancing and STAY THE FACT AT HOME. Yes, I paid for this ad myself, and I encourage you to do the same for your neighborhood. Let’s create a new virus, the virus of social awareness and responsibility. There is an old Russian expression - it takes a virus to fight a virus (like the one we created in 2016 in the States ...but this time for REAL GOOD! ). Cheers comrades, Stay well, stay home.

Hip flexors isolation/compression strength. 1 Make sure you gently push at the end of the range of motion avoiding a lateral crunch in the torso. 2 Keep the spine as tall as possible. 3 The chin is up and pressed slightly against the floor. 4 The hips are square and not moving.
