Yeehoo! This year was Frederictons 3rd annual Women's Power Summit! Each year the intention is to empower woman and girls in our community to stand in their power and create a life that lights them up! We also aim to give back to our community: with all profits being donated to Libery Lane .... With all the Covid changes I didn’t think that this year‘s summit would be possible But it fills my heart to say that not only did we make it possible but it was also a huge success. Thanks to Journey Fitness Studio Inc. and some amazing co-creators we made this come together in less than 6 weeks! So today is the Sol-sister Celebration. Summer solstice and the solar eclipse. Have you been wondering about the relevance of all this and why I am so excited? Eclipses are pattern breakers! They come in, shift patterning, clear & restructure so that you have the opportunity to realign & birth who you were always meant to be - a divine being of light... They give us the energetic shifts that we need so we can activate more of our destiny In this eclipse series we have three eclipses each one building on the previous one over a short period of time. First of the three was the lunar eclipse on June 5th. Expect the unexpected and for things to get a little intense at times as you decode and recode the whole of your being and sense of self This impact can be felt for up to 6 months but by the end of it youll be a completely different person Such an amazing sequence. Where I have been in the past few years , this has been my main goal. I have had so much taken from me, but I refuse to stay down and broken. I vow to never give up on me. So I worked on what I could , I worked on things that cant be taken from me. Some days are harder than others; to stay the course, but I have a dream, a vision , a goal. I have passion and I am determined. My energy is strong, I have clarity and forward vision. I have passion and it is strong. I am not a quitter, I am human and sensitive, but I will embrace my sensitivity, my highs and lows. For I will RISE, rise into my being, into my feminine power. Almost 6 months ago I felt like I needed something more in my life. I felt as if I was lacking something. I have a great husband, loving family, great relatio...nship with my boys and their girls friends. I even have a group of friends that we would connect on the weekends; other couples . But I still felt like there was something I craved. I came across an invitation to join this on-line group of women. I looked into this and seen that it was a space for woman to come together and share and empower each other. I am all about helping to empower other people as much as I can, so I joined this weekly group. My intention for the join was to see what I could offer other women out there to help empower them to be their best selves; I wanted to shine my light to help others find their truth. Quickly I found out that I needed to be in this group for what they offered to me!!! This Sistership circle group was exactly what I was missing. Coming together with like minded women looking to find someplace safe to go to be their authentic selves in all the joy and messiness. To hold space and not try to fix me. Just to allow me to do whatever I needed to do to up level ME. Something beautiful happened within the first 12 weeks of the program; I discovered something I needed to heal, so that I could truly connect and empower other women. I learned to LOVE myself and forgive my self judgements. This was such a beautiful experience and it happened so gently. I am forever grateful for the invite and acceptance into this circle. I am forever grateful to all the women I have made connections, true connections with . And I was ME! And I love me and they love me! I adore each one of them for their holding space for me . I am now bringing this magic to our community! My intention is to create the feeling of belonging, wanted and chastised. A feeling of safety to show up in the messiness and joy, vulnerable as your true authentic self, knowing that you are supported and loved; no judgement. Create that deep sense of love an belonging; a connection which is an irresistible need of us all . There will be no fixing or coaching, but the promise to hold space for you on the journey you are on! <3

So I did a thing yesterday I have owned two new vehicles in my life and several second hand vehicles. I am a mom of two boys and dogs. Love the outdoors and sports. My vehicles have always looked lived in by all above mentioned. Well I decided to do a thing, something I have ALWAYS wanted to do. My biggest hang up was who to trust to do it ( I am a bit OCD with cleaning and I am OK with that ) I reached out to Todd English and his detailing business. Book a spot and got my car detailed! All I can say is WOW. Impeccable! Perfection! Well worth the time and $. Plus I love supporting our local biz. So happy with the results.
