The program looks fantastic- daily workouts to increase strength and mobility, workshops to promote health and wellness, individual consultations regarding physical and psychological health, as well as healthy meals, snacks, and drinks. All this in a luxury cottage location!

ALL-INCLUSIVE TRANSFORMATIVE RETREAT Caveman Strong and Nexus Chiropractic have teamed up to offer all-inclusive transformative retreats to strengthen your mind, body, and soul. The first retreat will be held at a luxury cottage on Big Rideau Lake near Portland, Ontario from September 19th to 22nd, 2013. The all-inclusive program includes accommodations (single, double, triple and /or quad based on your preference), all meals and snacks, and daily workouts, workshops, and ind...ividual consultations to help you meet your health and wellness goals. Down time will also be provided to allow individuals to relax and unwind in this idyllic location with opportunities to use the boats, hot tubs, sauna, and infinity pool, to swim in the lake or walk the expansive property, or to sit and soak in the beauty of the location.
