With the stay at home order being officially extended, I would like to invite everyone to join in on my online workout classes scheduled for the month of February. This month's workouts are going to be posted 3 X a week, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning for the full month of February. The cost of joining is only $60.00! That's only $5.00/ workout. Due to the recent province wide gym closures, Transform Fitness will be providing Virtual No Equipment Required Home Workouts from January 4-January 30, 2021. One comprehensive workout will be posted daily throughout the week in a private Facebook group. Clients will have unlimited access to these workouts, explanation videos and personal trainer support. This format will allow clients to not only perform the exercises in the comfort and safety of their own home, but also workout at their own pace and at a time that works best for them. This month long virtual program costs $100+tax which works out to approximately $5/workout. Registration for this training session closes January 10th.
