Well breakfast today is a quick (all of 15 minutes) batch of gluten free sugar free dairy free pancakes ! And on top I tossed a few blueberries . Honestly you would never believe these have ZERO sugar they have so much natural sweetness! Give these a go ! Ready for the simple ingredients??? 1 ripe banana, one egg, tsp cinnamon, tblsp gluten free oats , tsp vanilla...mash , mix and fryem up!!! Would love to hear what you think of these !!

OK here goes nothing my newest kitchen creation Gluten-free black bean brownies Here are the ingredients This is not tested yet but here it is in case youre feeling adventurous LOL. All combined in a food processor so super easy just scrape it into a 9 x 9 no stick pan that is wiped down with some raw organic coconut oil Yum! All oils are NOT created equal.. We see a shiny liquid in a well marketed package and assume that its safe for our human consumption right ? Well its time to become a label reader if you aren't one. Studies have shown that processed soya oil is not health promoting in fact the opposite is happening. This is found in many processed foods. Know what you are putting into that temple of yours ! What a fantastic idea to set yourself up for lunch every day These nutritious and totally satisfying salads can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator. I love the glass jars instead of plastic! These days I am using much more glass to avoid any potential contamination from plastics that are unsafe especially when heated. Bon Apetit!

OK so I am officially impressed! I have cut dairy out of my diet and I wanted to try a mock cheese sauce recipe that I found in one of my cookbooks Let me tell you this is absolutely delicious! Dinner is a side of pasta and some brussels sprouts to see just how good the combination is!! The recipe is completely vegan Has anyone ever tried this sauce before? This super simple hearty lunch is plant-based and only took me about 15 minutes to prepare Cabbage, carrots, lentils from a can, onions, garlic, 2 small potatoes diced and a host of delicious warming spices like turmeric, and cumin and bay leaf . There is an incredible sweetness that comes through this dish from the cabbage. This yummy lunch is fast easy and not hard on the pocketbook! Feed your body healthy !!
