VENDORS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT The 2020 Online Tis the Season Christmas Market is scheduled to run from November 27th to November 29th 2020 but the page will be left filled with vendor info until the New Year. Your own dedicated section (album) on our Online Market as well as one scheduled hour each day to interact live on the site. The number of hours each vendor will be given is dependant upon number of vendors participating. ... You can load all your items, descriptions and information into an album on the page. You are welcome to link to your own personal website or Facebook page. We will be using the Tumbler Ridge Businesses Have Heart page which already has a large following WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Your application and waiver filled out with what you will be selling and signed. It is up to the individual vendor to arrange for payment, pick up and/or delivery of items sold and to promote their items on the page. The Chamber is not involved in any aspect of the sales. For those of you without computers, the Public Library has computers available for use. Each vendor will donate one item that will go into a draw that will be made at the end of the weekend. Each person who makes a purchase from a vendor during the weekend will have their name put in a draw for an item or group of items (to be determined) See more

At this time. with COVID cases spiking over the past few weeks, the staff and Board here at the Chamber of Commerce feel that in the best interest of our community's safety, for the annual Christmas Market to move online. Because we are very appreciative of all the the small businesses, the Tumbler Ridge Chamber would like to do what we can, to offer our support to you during th...ese difficult times. In recognition of all the hours you have spent during this past year, creating your items for this event, preparing your merchandise, we would like to offer all of you the opportunity to let us help you move with these changing times, into the cyber world of selling online. We are currently organizing this new online event and we hope you are as excited as we are to explore this new avenue of sales. Please check out the attached protocol for this. Kindly bear in mind this is a large event to organize and there could well be a few things that I will need to tweak along the way as we become familiar with how this all falls into place.
