Thank you Squamish Chief for mentioning our boutique in your article today!! We started as a Pop up shop with this exact intention-to sell clothes from the thriving Film Industry in Vancouver and areas. As we grew, we decided to bring in more consignment items to fill certain areas that were missing. Now with over 200 consignors, we are a thriving boutique also carrying and showcasing local artists/designers from the West Coast. There has been a noticeable shift in consignment sales this year; with our customers buying second hand not just for themselves but as gifts. It starts with the individual: at the moment two of our staff have decided to do a year challenge to shop only second hand!! Maybe this is a way for all of us to start building our ethical wardrobes.
