Since I have had an overwhelming amount of people wanting pride macarons I have decided to do them in two batches. The first batch of orders are ready to go. I’m not a coffee fan usually but today these macarons were the perfect pick me up today. Coffee macaron with a chocolate and cream cheese espresso buttercream mix. these are definitely for the coffee lover

The kids wanted ice cream and I have been avoiding unnecessary trips to the grocery store so what does a baker do- makes her own! Turned out so good and the best part is, you just need a mixer- hand held or stand. I love how you can make this your own. We just made vanilla chocolate chip but you can get so creative! The first pic is before we froze it.
