Good Morning! As per direction of the Board of Directors, the offices of T7UIHA in Lethbridge and Calgary are closed for holidays Dec. 23 - Jan 4 . Maintenance staff are on call for any emergencies that may arise. Wishing you and your families a Merry Christmas and stay safe everybody!

Now is the time to get your leaves raked up, and any other outside maintenance that may need to be done! For our elderly tenants, remember to give the office a call for any assistance you may need. Good Morning from T7UIHA! The maintenance crew would like to remind our tenants to make sure your driveways and sidewalks are cleared. The recent weather has seen a layer of ice build up underneath the snow , in order for it to melt the walk has to be cleared properly. Also, be sure to check your smoke alarms and thermostats to ensure they are functioning properly. The maintenance crew will be busy today clearing sidewalks for elders , if you require assistance please make sure you call the office so your request is properly logged and passed on to your assigned maintenance worker. Good Morning from T7UIHA! It's a very slippery morning out, so please be careful while you're out and about today! The maintenance crew will be out doing snow removal for those who require assistance. Please remember to to shovel your walks as soon as possible for your safety and the safety of others. Lastly, make sure your furnace is working properly and vents are unobstructed. Take care and be safe out there today!

Annual contractors meeting is underway at the Lethbridge Sandman Signature hotel. Acting / ED Wanda Tailfeathers is getting a chance to meet contractors and to go over contractors responsibilities. Social distancing measures being followed of course !

Good Morning from T7UIHA! Reminder that the AGM is this Saturday, please send us a DM if you are unable to attend in person , if there is enough interest we may look at alternatives for you!

Oki! Now that the colder temperatures have arrived we would like to remind tenants of the following : 1. Change your furnace air filter regularly. They are inexpensive (5 to 10$ for a pack) and help to keep your furnace running smoothly and efficiently. 2. Snow fall needs to be be removed within 24 hours of it falling on sidewalks surrounding your property. Failure to do so may result in a fine of up to $150.00 from the City of Lethbridge / Calgary 3. Ensure that outside tap...s are shut off from the inside , and that windows are kept closed to prevent freezing of water pipes. 4. Check that your smoke alarms are functioning properly. This can be done by pressing the test button located in the middle of the alarm. 5, Please report any failings in air, water or furnace units to maintenance ASAP to avoid any further damage to the unit. Call us at (403)327-1995 to make sure your request is logged and passed on your assigned maintenance worker. Good morning from T7UIHA! We hope your month of September was a good one! Fall is upon is and with that comes steps that need to be taken around the home. Be sure to change your furnace filter and clear your vents of any obstructions before turning the heat on.
