my heart is at ease knowing what is meant for me will never miss me. my heart is at ease ... for i am at home both in my body and in my mind. my heart is at ease because i have met my guides and i connect with them often. my heart is at ease for i trust deeply not only in myself, but in this life. i move forward from this space in gratitude & love; i carry with me the wisdom that whatever may cross my path, there is a space inside of me that will always be okay.
