Hello Treehouse friends Treehouse is Re-Opening Oct15th, Thursday! Our strategy for re-opening will be little bit different compared to the past days, but it will still have the same amount of fun. We ask you... All adults must wear a mask unless you consume food or drink Must leave the facility at the end of each session so we can sanitize all areas Must comply to COVID-19 regulation that includes temperature check upon each entry Must not enter the facility if you have any symptoms of COVID-19; it includes fever, cough, shortness of breath, chest pain etc. Must supervise children and help them to use sanitizer frequently What we do for safe environment Sanitizing and disinfecting the facility every two hours. It will take approximately 30 minutes Maximum capacity is 50 people. The number of people will be accurately counted. Sanitizer stations are provided Daily deep cleaning with using medical-grade sanitizers done by professionals after every closing. We miss all of our Treehouse friends and families. Dear Valued Guests Since the COVID-19 outbreak began, we have been taking strict measures and have tightened all cleaning protocols beyond the recommendations from Alberta Health Services. However, as the outbreak continues, we will be closing all Treehouse locations, effective immediately, for the next two weeks. To our Treehouse families, With being indoor playground within Edmonton surrounding COVID-19. The health, safety and well-being of our guests as well as staff are our top priority. With that being said, we pledge to provide a safe environment for Treehouse so our customers can still enjoy. Cleaning and sanitizing are a HUGE part of our business. We are continuing to focus on our sanitization routines as well as additional sanitizing and disinfecting ALL play structures and h...igh surface contact, traffic areas with heath department approved sanitation methods. Hand sanitizer is available throughout our entire facility for our customers to use. - Increased sanitizing of main structures, arcade game zone - Increased sanitizing the cafeteria, party rooms - Increased sanitizing the washrooms and diaper changes - Increased sanitizing the toddler area, baby toy - Increased sanitizer stations we are using EPA registered hospital disinfectant cleaner. To better protect our guests, employees and the general public, we ask you to refrain from visiting North Edmonton Treehouse if: - If you are experiencing high body temperature over 38 or 100 in the last 24 hours. Or exercising following symptoms : coughs, hard to breath Due to many concerns we are now starting to check our customer’s temperature as a precaution against coronavirus. Anything higher than 38 or 100 would mean a polite rejection.
