The simple answer is COVID-19 and child care. My husband is back to working outside the home and as my daughter has special needs, daycare is not an option. Options for medical home care are complicated due to many retired or part-time nurses who normally pick up this type of work going back to work, or working... in testing to help alleviate stress on the medical system. . I am lucky in that I have my parents moving from Toronto to Ottawa in the next year who will be able to help us out so I can open up some more hours but for now, this is what I have to work with. . I appologize as I have had patients express displeasure for me no longer having earlier time slots. I will add back in the afternoons as soon as I am able! .
