This Saturday at 9 am is our first Maritime Regional Zwift group ride with Triathlon Nova Scotia and Triathlon PEI! This is a no-drop ride so it doesn't matter what ability level you're at. To be added, please follow Jesse English [TRINB] on Zwift. It would be very helpful to add TriNB (or TriNS or TriPEI) to your name so we know you're part of our tri community.

Took advantage of this beautiful Fall weather and held a Youth/Jr where they continued to learn skills such as cornering, mount, dismount, emergency stopping, and slow cycling Also did some transition practice, running practice, and finished off with some yoga. Proud coaching team!

Our TriNB youth/Jr athletes completed a training day this weekend in the form of a time trial race. Our athletes got to put everything together, swim, bike, run and transitions, in a simulated racing environment. The event was designed to give our athletes a fun day with the feel of a real triathlon. It was also beneficial for the coaches to identify strengths and weaknesses and provide feedback to athletes on areas needing work.... A huge thank you to the parents, brothers, sisters, Tania (SES president) and Mariella for making it a success by volunteering your time. Greatly appreciated!

TriNB Youth/Jr Provincial long term development athletes training hard. Determined to learn more bike skills such as running with the bike, emergency braking, mount line, passing water bottles, and so much more... Next weekend our girls will be racing Hampton Ladies Triathlon!

The Long term development Youth/Jr athletes had an awesome two-day clinic this past weekend. Nothing stopped these 14 amazing athletes in learning new skills. Thank you athletes for continuing to push your limits, get uncomfortable, and have a passion to keep learning. Thank you as well to all the amazing parents, who travel all over the province, and support the youths and coaching team. Your help is greatly appreciated.... Our TriNB Youth/Jr athletes are staying active despite the pandemic and put their training to the test this past Sunday 8 athletes alongside coach Kristine had a virtual event. They all met on Zoom 1st thing in the morning, then participated in their home town in either Edmundston, Fredericton, Oromocto, Dieppe, Moncton area.... Season Update Firstly, as many of you already know, ITU Worlds in Edmonton will not be happening for 2020. Secondly, Triathlon Canada partnered with FulGaz (a virtual cycling platform similar to Zwift) and launched two new virtual cycling "race" series: the Indoor World Series and the National Tour....
