Hi There! Coach Nancy Hastings here to share with you my week , so far. So... last week I wrote about how joyous I was with watching the numbers grow on my garmin results. This, through daily long walks with by hubby who is not running right now. This week,he started back to run/walk, gradually.My immediate reflex was to wear my garmin: what is our pace?, how far did we go? How many badges will I get!! I chose not to wear the garmin for our run/walks. Why? Because, our glory is in how we feel.Let you inner self voice be your accomplishment! This will inspire you to go back for more. Enjoy the endorphins!
