With heavy hearts, due to the restrictions from COVID, we have decided to cancel the 50th Anniversary Jamboree for 2021.

Tri-County Snowmobile Club Alberta 16.09.2020

HI All We have all had a very crazy spring and summer and looks like it will carry though the fall and winter. Here is an update of whet we know as of October 1, 2020... TCSC Operations Camrose Casino October 5 & 6, 2020 ASA Introduces Youth Trail Passes TCSC now has the 2020/21 ASA Trail passes for pickup from the Executive or dealers Due to Covid guidelines there will be NO ASA Show this year Due to Covid guidelines we will not be hosts any BBQs this year either Trail Maintenance will go ahead November 1, if we receive our TFA permits from AESRD by October 25 ASA Jamboree will be on February 20, 2021 TCSC is alive and doing great. All equipment and trail maintenance is ready go at first snow at 6 in Ministik We will be doing our Camrose Casino on October 5 & 6, 2020. From 3:00pm to 11:00pm. The Casino helps to pay for some of the Grooming, groomer parts and trail maintenance. This year the ASA is introducing a YOUTH trail pass for any sleds with a ride 13 and under. This is a trail pass for the sled that a young person 13 years and younger will be riding on the trails. It is not intended for an adult to buy a youth pass and ride the trails with a youth pass on the sled and an adult riding that sled. This way we will see how many young riders we actually have. I have the 2020/21 ASA Trail Passes now for pickup or phone in to me with a credit card Visa or Master Card at 780-990-9339 and I will mail out to you. Attached is a page listing all our dealer’s names and addresses that have our ASA Trail Passes for sale (After October 15) Names and addresses of our Executive that have ASA Trail Passes. Feel free to call and stop by to pick up your ASA Trail Passes. Or print and complete the attached MEMBERSHIP Form and mail or email it back to me and I will mail you out your passes. Like most things this year the threat of a covid virus has cancelled the ASA Snow Show which took place in October. We are all hoping that the virus will be contained, and we can have a great ASA Snow Show in 2021. As above the Covid has cancelled close contact and food preparations, so we are unable to host our Dealer BBQs this year, hopefully in fall of 2021. We have submitted our application to AESRD in hopes of getting our early access permit (TFA) to enter Ministik on November 1 (Instead of December1). We will be doing the trail maintenance this year following the Covid guidelines of masks and social distancing, which is not hard to do spread out along the trail systems. ASA Jamboree will be on February 20, 2021. Hosted by the TAIL Creek Snowmobile Club in Erskine (Beside Stettler) on February 20, 2021. For more information on the jamboree see this website So that is a quick review of what’s coming Stay tuned and I will email you on the first of November what’s happing then Thanks Brian Beebe Tri-County Snowmobile Club 780-990-9339 [email protected]
