Today is the last day that Tri Fit will be open for classes. It’s been an incredible journey for me in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Our little studio started the first spin classes in Lac la Biche, the first TRX and also Crossfit! We moved around lots and always managed to find the perfect spot to open our doors. Many of you have supported me from the very beginning and some came later, a few moved away but through it all we stayed friends and build beautiful rel...ationships. I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for the honour and privilege to have shared your journey and your lives over the years!! My life is forever changed for the better because of you. I will still be around and will still be supporting from the sidelines

Tomorrow will be our last Saturday class. Next week Thursday after class at 6 pm you can start to pick your equipment up. Friday, May 31 will be last day for pickup.
