Trigo Update: We’ve had many people ask us about the status of the restaurant and whether we are going to reopen. We wish we could give a definitive answer, but we are simply unable to at this point. However, we can reveal that we are working hard behind the scenes on a couple of different options that would see Trigo reopen either late in 2020 or early 2021. We are excited about these potential options and will reveal more details at a later time. In the meantime, we hav...e been doing some private catering events and hope to continue to do so. We also plan to do the occasional Special Meal day with announcements for these days on our social media accounts. Our second special meal day is here: Saturday August 21, 2020 between 5:00 pm - pm for Take-Out only. 3-course meal: First Course - Summer Orzo Pasta Salad; Second Course - Traditional Lasagna Bolognese (Ragu of Pancetta, Pork, and Ground Beef) with Red Wine, Beef Stock, and Parmesan Bechamel. Third Course - Guinness Stout Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Icing $25/per person Quantities are somewhat limited and will be available until sold out. To order, please call/text 306-472-7500 with the following details: Name, quantity, time you’d like to pick-up, and your phone number. Payment will have to be cash or interac e-transfer at Trigo when you pick up. We will be wearing masks and if you’d like to come into the restaurant please do so to collect your order. We will also be offering soft drinks (cans) and individual beer bottles and coolers at great discount prices. Thank-you very much.

This post is a difficult one. After much thought and deliberation, including those with our wonderful & dedicated staff, we have come to the decision that it is best to close Trigo on a temporary basis. We have tried to navigate the last week or so as best we could given the ever-evolving nature of the Coronavirus pandemic. We would love to stay open, offer take-out and delivery, but for us, at least at this particular time, it is not feasible to do so. Having said that ...we do have some ideas and plans that we hope to share with you shortly in which we can continue to offer our food, drinks, and services to our local community, provided it is safe. So please keep watching our Instagram & Facebook pages for updates over the next few weeks. We may be down now, but we are not out and we will be back as soon as it is safer to do so for everyone.
