10 15. 25.. At any point in time, if I really wanted to, those were the pounds I could shed when I was younger. My struggle was never with dropping the LBS back then. It was keeping them from climbing back on like they missed me!! I always seemed to gain them back... ???? I’d find myself back where I started & beat myself up for the time or money spent on trainers and gym memberships, special diets programs you name it, I’d bought the T-shirt. ... Hell - I even messed up my thyroid on the HCG Diet! Something that has helped me change EVERYTHING was pretty stinkin’ simple. Besides needing to heal my relationship with food, my weak link when it came to consistency was dragging myself to the GYM. Professionals, Mamas, you get this: Some days, gym trips just aren’t in the cards. Travel time to and from, childcare, all the things some days we’re lucky if everyone makes it to bed with their teeth brushed and 1.5 - 2 hours for gym time is a LUXURY. Right now my work days are 10 - 16 hours! We’re trying to get out of debt and childcare and gym memberships aren’t necessarily budget-friendly. Sometimes, by the time I was ready to go to a class or get to the gym at all, class would be over or the gym closed! And now with Covid - sheesh - I needed something FLEXIBLE that worked with my schedule! So NOW, I feel like I’ve discovered the ultimate fitness-hack that lets me fit in my workout without requiring childcare, trips to the gym, OR breaking the budget! #bam The ability to stay consistent has ROCKED MY WORLD and I’m singing it from the suburban rooftops. ????????
