Announcements for Sunday January 31st - February 7th THE CHURCH IS CLOSED: We ask that you do not enter the church. You must have permission to enter the building. If you need access please call the office 519-485-0820 (Terry) or Annette 519-872-3701 (custodian). Masks are Mandatory and must be worn at all times when in the church building, unless otherwise stated in the protocol policy. ... Office is CLOSED to the public, but terry is in the Office from 9:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m. The doors remain locked at all times and you will be required to make an appointment to enter. Use the intercom button (to the right of the door), which will ring into the office. This system will be used only for drop-off of envelopes. Please call before you come to make sure someone is in the office to let you in. 519-485-0280. Committee/Team Chairpersons please prepare your reports for the Annual Report 2020. Please email to [email protected]. Deadline was Friday January 29, 2021. Reports are still missing! If you have not sent in your report please make sure it is your priority to do so right away. 2021 Envelopes: If you are an Envelope Giver you should now have your Envelopes, thanks to my delivery helpers. If you did not receive Envelopes and would like to give to the Church by this process please let the office know.

The following is a message from Rev. Tracy. Her email address has been hacked! Hi all - I wanted to further update you on this. The e-mail that was sent is quite elaborate in that the hacker has created a new e-mail address using my name, Trinity Church and including our mailing address in the bottom. The e-mail is also written very much in the style I write. If you reply the sender is asking you to purchase gift-cards (iTune) for cancer patients and send a picture of the... number codes via e-mail. THIS IS A SCAM. Please know I would never ask you to send money or gift-cards or anything like this over e-mail. Nor would anyone from our church or any other organization. If you ever have a concern about an e-mail, from anyone, it is best to phone the person to check it out. It makes me sad to think that someone is using the church in this way. I have contacted the police and will continue to pursue this matter. I'm sorry this has happened and hope we all come out of it a little better informed. Peace, Tracy

Where Are My Volunteers?? As mentioned in the Worship Service last Sunday and several times in the announcements we need volunteers for the Inter-church Kettles. We are lucky enough to be able to be in a warm grocery store. Just a friendly reminder that we are just asking for 1 hour of your time Thursday Dec. 10th or Saturday Dec. 12th. A Special Announcement from Christian Development Team Call for participation: The CD Team will host a live outdoor nativity event for Dec. 12 @ 2-4 pm. We are looking for some people to participate as Mary, Joseph, shepherds, wisemen (children as angels - Chelsey will be a lead angel to help) and choir members to be towns people. Shifts will be a maximum 1 hour (less if we can make 3-4 groups). Please sign up by November 30th (e-mail [email protected] with nativity... in subject line) and indicate your preferred character, preferred time and whether or not you have a costume (bathrobe/appropriate trench coat to wear over winter wear & rough blanket if desired). Confirmed schedules will be sent out once I have numbers. COVID protocols: We will be wearing masks and social distancing will be used (max. 25 people). Ideally, Mary and Joseph would be from the same bubble so feel free to co-ordinate with someone and sign up together! The church will be open for washrooms. See more
