We have had two successful applications in the last couple of weeks. The first one, mom obtained an EPO against dad based on bs allegations, lies and misrepresentations. She then used the EPO to keep buddy away from dad, despite having been warned against it by the judge at the time the EPO was granted. I helped dad draft his affidavit and provided the judge with the proof of the bs allegations, lies and misreprentations. Despite mom's desperate attempts at keeping the EP...O in place, it was vacated by the judge. Second success: this matter has been going on for over a year. Mom has been trying relentlessly to take full custody of children from dad. Dad had been successful previously in maintaining joint custody and parenting time at trial. After trial, mom decided that she would try again. This past week, judge granted a final order of shared custody and parenting time. Well done dads!
