A friendly reminder to all our valued patrons: As of today, December 1st, masks covering your nose and mouth are required within Triple J’s Collective and Triple J’s Canna Space as per order of the Chief Medical Officer of Health of Yukon. Limited disposable masks will be available for a short time to aid with the transition, but for the sake of the environment we would truly prefer to see reusable masks being worn!! If you are using disposable masks, please ensure you are di...sposing responsibly and cutting the strings to protect wildlife from becoming entangled! We also ask all patrons to sanitize their hands upon arrival to our facility, and to ensure you are maintaining safe distancing from staff and other customers. The final day of Movember has arrived, and many fuzzy faces will be shaved clean by tomorrow morning. Often forgotten, our skin is our largest organ, and after an entire month of growth, the skin beneath your beard deserves a break! Here are a few tips and tricks from our skincare team to ensure your post-Movember shave is as comfortable as possible: 1. Shave after a warm shower! This will help to soften the skin and hair shafts, open the pores, and allow you to get a smoot...her, cleaner shave. 2. Use a NEW razor! Seriously folks, gone are the days of using your old and dulled razors. Invest in a brand new, clean, sharp blade to ensure the best results! 3. Use a shaving soap or foam! Prevent your razor from catching or dragging on the skin, soothe and moisturize irritated skin and prevent ingrown hairs with a good quality shaving soap. 4. Perform post shave care! Products such as an alcohol-free after shave made with witch hazel and distilled water can help to tone the skin and reduce redness or irritation. 5. Moisturize! Finish off your routine with a dollop of hydrating facial cream or facial oil, such as our Kluane Facial Oil, to rehydrate the skin with carrier oils rich in healthy proteins and fats!
