Well this week has been unlike anything we have ever experienced. I'd just like to thank our customers for being so gracious about the need to do things differently than before and our staff for going the extra mile to help all of our customers through these difficult times.

We are closed to the public but we will be manning the phones and working on tax returns 9-5 Mon-Fri. Our Dropbox and secure portal are still fully functional. Stay safe everyone

Our office will be closed to the public effective immediately due to the state of emergency. Using our Dropbox beside the front door and the secure portal are still options at this time. We will continue to serve our customers as best we can in these difficult times.

Please note that the income tax filing deadline for individuals has been extended to June 1st - however if you receive OAS, CPP or the Child Tax Benefit be aware that your taxes should still be filed well in advance of July 1st as this is when they will begin to base your benefits on the 2019 income tax return you have filed. We can accept your tax documents via a secure portal or if you have no access to a computer but wish to stay outside the office, we have a drop box beside the front door. For now we are business as usual (with a strict disinfecting regimen in place)- we will advise if this changes.

In view of the current Covid- 19 virus outbreak, we would like to remind our clients that we offer a secure encrypted portal to allow you to send your income tax preparation information. If you have traveled out of the country and are in self quarantine we can assist you in getting your income tax filed. Call us for more information.
