Thankful ???? You bet we are!!! To have a stallion like this is amazing!!! And to have him run like this....is over the top I had personal goals with ROCK ...this weekend.....and he definitely came to town to show me that he can do it!!! His jockey tried her heart out to be aggressive (well...as aggressive as she can be) He was a complete gentleman for the 4 days we spent in Ponoka. When he wasn't sleeping (trust me....he gets his rest in his stall)....he acted like a gelding. I thank Cain Quam every day for the start he put on ROCK. I truly believe the colt trainers don't get enough credit when it comes to the finished product. When I took the reins from Cain I had a young stallion that respected me and had loads of buttons for me to go on with. I could have never done it otherwise It was a very interesting summer of 2020 but I am so happy we still made the trip to Ponoka. Dam it was FUN!!!
