Want to learn more about Buddhism and meditation? Want to grow and progress in the context of spiritual friendship? Dharma study is an enriching practice where a committed group explores the teachings of the Buddha (the Dharma) together, for at least one year. Through reflection, sharing, creative expression, and discussion, we get to know ourselves better, and our friends. Led by two experienced practitioners, the group will meet at the Centre on Wednesdays (7-9pm) starting Oct. 3rd. We'll start with the Year 1 module (check out the content below). To express your interest or for inquiries, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject heading "Dharma study group" by Sept 17th. (Mitra means friend in Sanskrit. In this context, it means friend of the Dharma.)
