In the past couple of years though, I’ve seen it more widely used by bakers around the world! I’ve seen it in breads, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies, doughnuts, waffles, pancakes, and a chef friend of mine, @rubysmidnightdiner even made Ube Creme brûlée! .... This pie is called The Purple Coconut Ube and coconut goodness!!! I’ve really enjoyed all the pies I’ve tried by @tropicalfreshpies For me, the best thing about their pies is the fact that you can taste the real flavour of the filling because it doesn’t have a lot of sugar! It’s like a healthy pie if you can even call a pie that!
