As of August 1, 2020 we will require a 25% deposit for all large service bookings. Any appointment that is a no show or not cancelled 24 hours beforehand will forfeit the 25% deposit. Every time someone doesn’t show up for an appointment or cancels at the last minute, it hurts the salon and makes it difficult for us to serve all of our clients. Please respect our team’s time and if you cannot make your appointment, let us know at least 24 hours before so we can contact other clients who may be waiting
