We have been disconnected through race, separated by religion, divided by politics and classified by wealth. But at the end of the day we all bleed red. Challenge those beliefs and prejudices that run so deep you don’t even know the reasoning behind them. Challenge them daily. Ask, what is preventing me from loving my brothers and sisters today? Do not keep beliefs simply because of ego or tradition, because of fear or shame. We will never be perfect and that’s the point. We are meant to learn and grow. We were never meant to stay still or move backward. Do not shy away from this duty love yourself, love your fellow humans, because love is the only way. We can not hate ourselves or each other into improvement. As difficult as it can be sometimes, please, choose love.
