A few weeks ago, Daniel Franck (co-owner and Chef) had the privilege to be asked to do a cooking show as part of a fundraiser to the Annapolis Valley Regional Hospital Foundation. They are raising money to buy a C-Arm. This is part of a 4 episode series, and 50$ buys you 2+hours of Daniel cooking in front of a camera alongside Dr. Lois Boden (Head of emergency dept.) & the host Mike Butler. 200$ buys you all 4 episodes (with other various local chefs) Available this Thursday..., November 19th. Patio season is here at Troy Restaurant!

We would like to thank all of our amazing staff for their patience and commitment as we at Troy have tried to navigate the Covid-19 crisis. We would also like to sincerely thank all of our customers for their incredible support as we have adapted to new health advisories put in place on restaurants and other businesses. After much consideration we have come to the decision that we will close all operations at Troy including take-out and delivery, for the near-term future. I...t is with conflicting feelings of regret and responsibility that we have made this decision but believe that it is the right decision to make at this time. We would like to ensure everyone that during this leave we will be redesigning our service model at Troy into one that will allow us to continue to offer take-out and delivery options to the people of Wolfville and the surrounding area in a safe, effective and affordable manner. To all of our valued customers. Troy Restaurant, on a daily basis, implements the highest provincial and federal safety standards as set out in our Policy and Procedure Manual As always: Employees are advised to stay home if they are feeling unwell. Employees exhibiting any flu-like symptoms will be asked to go home.... Hand washing and sanitizing supplies are made readily available and encouraged on a more-than-required basis. All staff have been trained on proper hand washing techniques. All of our front of house and kitchen work spaces and equipment are chemically sanitized continually throughout our services using commercial, food safe sanitizing agents. To help be preventative at this time, we have increased the sanitizing of our work spaces, equipment, and all handled surfaces. We have also instructed staff to be extra vigilant in keeping work areas clean and sanitized and have implemented multiple other procedures to minimize the risk to our guests. Troy Restaurant is committed to staying informed as the current COVID-19 Pandemic evolves. Any relevant information will be communicated quickly to our staff and to our customers.
