Hello there! We have certainly missed seeing you all and are happy to announce that we are once again open and here to help you! Due to the ongoing pandemic everyone’s safety is of utmost importance to us, so we’ve made some changes moving forward: All visitors are screened for COVID-19 before entering our facility.... Social distancing is enforced throughout the facility. Before each patient or client is invited in for their appointment, we ensure that our facility is sanitized and contact with others is limited. Hand sanitizer is offered and encouraged throughout the facility. Masks are worn by all staff members, and are given to all patients and clients who do not bring their own. Other PPE, such as gloves and gowns, are available and will be worn as needed. We ask that patients and clients come alone where possible. Sanitized containers are available in each treatment room to hold clients’ personal effects during their appointment. Staff will wash hands frequently and thoroughly, including before and after each appointment. All surfaces, door handles, and high traffic areas are cleaned and sanitized before and after each interaction. Items used during treatment are cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. The waiting area has been rearranged to allow for social distancing, and all difficult to clean items have been removed. A visitor log is kept daily in the event that contact tracing is needed. Curbside pickup is offered for all supplement sales. Naturopathic and nutrition appointments are offered virtually whenever possible.
