Sunset Gourmet with Terry Plan now to make this delicious Valentine’s Day Trifle for your sweetheart! For the Brownies:... Sunset Gourmet Chocolate Lover’s Fudge Brownie Mix cup butter, melted 2 large eggs 2 Tbsp. water For the Cheesecake filling: 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 8 ounces cream cheese softened 1/4 cup granulated sugar For the garnish: 3 (6 oz.) containers raspberries 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips Instructions: Heat oven to 350F. Grease or spray bottom of 8" x 8" baking pan. Combine all brownie ingredients together in a large bowl; stir until moist. Spread batter in baking pan, filling corners. Bake 25-28 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature before cutting. Cut into half inch cubes. For the Cheesecake: Beat cream cheese and sugar together using a standing electric mixer or electric hand mixer. Slowly pour in the whipping cream while mixing. Beat until stiff peaks form. Assembling: Assemble the trifle with a layer of brownie cubes in the bottom of the trifle dish(es), spoon or pipe on a layer of the cream cheese mixture, followed by a layer of fresh raspberries. Hula-Hula Brown Rice 1 cup brown rice 2 cups water 1 Tbsp. Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend... Place the rice in a fine-mesh strainer and rinse it thoroughly under cool water. Combine the rice, water and Hula-Hula Hawaiian Seasoning Blend in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 45 minutes until tender. Let stand for another 10 minutes. Fluff and serve.
