At True Grain, we handcraft our Rosemary Apricot Shortbread using a time-honoured recipe and simple ingredients. To create these seasonally inspired cookies, we blend the sage and lavender notes of rosemary with the deep fruit and floral flavours of apricot, and mix them into a rich, organic butter dough made with BC-farmed and BC-milled organic flour. Enjoy slowly and let this special mix of savoury and sweet melt in your mouth. Mmm shortbread. Also available in Classic, Chocolate, Butter Pecan, and Cranberry.
