Twin Lions Contracting have worked with True North Comfort on a myriad of different projects ranging from small bathroom renovations to full house reconstructions. True North has consistently delivered on every one of these projects. They have a fantastic crew that is extremely knowledgeable, organized and are just great guys to be around. Nothing but excellent service. Rob was great. He was courteous, on time, polite, cleanly dressed and provided me with valuable feedback. He was proactive and let me know that the one part may need replacing in the next 3 years but he had sent the model number to the office so it would be easier to find the correct part when the time came. He actually did a service on our high velocity system and heat pump, cleaning it and examining it (not just starring at it like our previous company). > I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and skill. Long weekend plumbing problem. We recently purchased a 30 year old quirky house that came with more than a few issues. When the kitchen tap would not turn off on Thursday afternoon of a long weekend, we were pretty worried. After finally getting the rusty '''dinosaur" of a turn off valve gingerly shut off, we tried to call a plumber. We were finally referred to the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association. We tried many plumbers, but none would be able to come til Monday ...or Tuesday. I spoke with Graham, the owner of True North, and begged him a bit. He asked one of his plumbers Jeramie to come to our house Friday morning. Wow! SOOOOO ridiculously happy that we called this company. Not only did Jeramie do a great job, he was cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly. He also didn't roll his eyes when we didn't know where the main shut off to the house was located. He did such a good job that I felt like I should have given him a parting gift......lol. Sadly for Jeramie, he's now on my speed dial, bet he's regretting that. Seriously though, great company, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends or anyone. I called these guys to see if they could do a last minute job for us. I knew that it was a shot in the dark considering that this was last minute on the day of to have some vent and duct installation done. Roseland was amazing, professional and did whatever she could to help which was appreiciated. Unfortuneatly they were booked up for the day, however, was very impressed on how the communication was handled and the customer service. Communication is a huge thing with me.

Exceptional quality service and very friendly staff! I can only say good things about this company, they were always on time, took proper care of my boiler, reasonably priced.
