Spring back to fitness class! - Starting April 6th May 1st - 4 weeks of 2 classes per week. - 2 groups will be available. - Group 1 at 7 am on Monday and Friday at 7 am.... - Group 2 at 7 pm on Monday and Friday at 6 pm. - Classes will be 60 minutes and structured in the following order: Group warm up, strength & technique work, metabolic conditioning and wrapped up with a small cool down. - These classes are beginner friendly and no previous experience is required to join. - The focus will be on learning to move properly and in a safe fashion. All while working hard to maximize your workout time. - Goal setting and nutrition tips will be incorporated in each session to help you maximize your results. - This will also count as the prerequisite to enter crossfit classes once the 4 weeks is completed.
