Installed a new water heater due to the existing tank rupturing. I recommend removing the access panel (and installing it when completed) to periodically check for any leaks or other issues that may cause more damage if they go unnoticed.

Out with the old and in with the new! The customers insurance company asked them to change their water heater due to its age, the tank was over 30 years old!
