Open date for the new space is to be determined still, but we're aiming for early December. We've had some good conversations with parties involved, and are getting much closer to being able to commence the necessary upgrades to the facility in order to get the Building Permit. Unfortunately we are waiting on a design review from the City of Richmond to happen, which should be this week. The hope is that after that review, we will be able to work backwards and set a tentative open date. Thank you for your continued patience as we strive to get closer to getting you all in the facility!

Happy New Year and we hope that you had a great holiday season! While things have progressed very well with the new space, we unfortunately have run into unforeseen issues with the City of Richmond regarding the building permit. We are working with the landlord and contractors to get the required work done as soon as possible, but have hit delays with the holiday shutdown. As such, we are not able to set a firm open date until the work gets completed and we get final approval... and pass inspections. We are very eager to get the work done quickly so we can open and get back to running programs and booking facility rentals. If you would like to come by and see the space at any point in time (there is still work to be done, but the main cage and turf area is set up), please let me know and I can arrange a time to meet with you. We sincerely hope that this is a case of short-term pain for long-term gain as we set out to be the home for softball high performance training in the Lower Mainland and look forward to having you be a part of it!

IT'S OFFICIAL: WE'RE MOVING TO A NEW FACILITY! Keys are in hand and we are starting in prep work ASAP to build the premiere softball-primary facility in the Lower Mainland. What you need to know: - Same neighbourhood as our current one, North Richmond close to Ikea - Approximately 3,000 sq ft... - Two full size tunnels (15' x 55' each) - Turf throughout with hitting mats - Retractable netting will allow for one large cage, suitable for light infield work - Separate open turf area for warm up or strength work - Strength training equipment - Blast Motion and Rapsodo available Open date is TBD, but either December 2020 or January 2021. Hitting programs are live! We use small group training to focus on individual hitter's needs and increase their development so they're ready to play. Sessions run on Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday nights and Saturday afternoons. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Sessions are run at our facility in north Richmond, close to Ikea. Workouts will focus on moving efficiently, learning how to to do various movements correctly and building a stable base. No prior fitness experience is required. High Performance (16 to 18 year old recommended) is targeted at elite and high performance softball players who are ready to take their game to the next level. These workouts are for athletes who are up to the challenge of going through rigorous workout that focus on explosiveness, quality movement patterns, and building a base for long-term physical and athletic growth.
